First Beta Release For 1.3!

Hello there. I am uploading the first beta for version 1.3. There are a decent bit of changes and additions.

Additions

• You can spawn bombers
• There is a turret on the big cliff that will kill you if you get too close
• Navy ship that shoots down the bomber
• Terminals that can disable things
• Sleeping pads
• Readded options menu with just one setting
• Extra experimental features

Changes

• Replaced nuke launcher ammo with ammo that can get the rocket that launches at you, if you can fire it in fast enough time
• The version text will actually display the version
  • It will display "Beta 4" because I've built a beta 1, 2, and 3 for personal testing purposes. There may be a nightly build group eventually

Just as before there is a version for higher end Windows machines and one for lower end. This time I set the quality to "Simple" rather than "Fast." I hope that won't cause problems. It is free to download just as before too. Have fun!
